Doctor Account Recovery

Recover your doctor workspace access or request the platform administrator to issue your confidential 10-digit recovery identifier.

Enter the 10-digit code received upon account approval. Admin will review and send a temporary login password via email.
Don't have or forgot your 10-digit recovery identifier? Submit your registered email address or Doctor ID below. The administrator will generate your code, email it directly to you via Flask-Mail, and make it available in your dashboard.
